These terms govern access to and use of the online platform of the supplier of logistics equipment and naval components. By accessing the site, the user accepts the terms described below.

The services offered include technical consultancy, sale of maritime transport equipment and parts for commercial vessels, as well as post-sale assistance according to the technical specifications of each product.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to use the platform for illegal purposes or purposes that contravene international maritime regulations.

• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any order placed implies acceptance of the communicated technical specifications and delivery deadlines.
• The user may not resell or redistribute the site's content without the written consent of the supplier.

The supplier guarantees the conformity of the delivered equipment with the technical data sheets and applicable ISO 9001 standards. Liability is limited to the value of the ordered product, except in cases of proven hidden defects.

The supplier is not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or delays caused by improper use of the equipment.

Specific Limitations

For naval components, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion accelerated by unforeseen conditions, or unauthorized interventions.

Delivery deadlines are calculated from order confirmation and depend on available stock. Payment is made in full before shipment, except for partners with a framework contract.

• Delivery is made within 15-30 working days for standard products.
• Transport costs are borne by the buyer, except for special offers.
• Product returns are accepted only based on prior agreement and within 14 days of receipt.

The supplier reserves the right to periodically update these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes come into effect.

Continued use of the platform after the update implies acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may request termination of access.

The supplier may suspend or close the user's account in case of serious breach of the terms, including fraud or abusive use of the platform.

The user may request account deletion at any time, provided all outstanding obligations are settled. Personal data will be retained according to the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent court in Romania.
