All equipment benefits from a standard 24-month warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

            Can I return a product if it does not match the ship's specifications?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in intact packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and a refund is issued after verifying the condition.

            Do you provide service and maintenance for integrated navigation systems?
Yes, we offer authorized service for GPS/Radar systems, including map updates and radar calibration. Interventions are scheduled within 48 hours of the request, and spare parts are available from local stock.
